Kosher in The Apprentice Suite

If you have only 30 minutes (actually 35), listen to Avi Frier's interview with Dan. Avi is publisher of The Florida Jewish News and The Brody Report, which have been following Daniel Brody's performance on The Apprentice.
Orthodox Apprentice blog gets a mention nine minutes into the recording. Towards the end of the interview, Dan talks about the George Foreman Grill, which the show's producers marked "kosher only." (You heard about it here.) Dan was also provided with separate dishes, glasses and aluminim pans.

If you have 30 minutes, you should listen to Nachum Segal's radio interview with Daniel Brody.
Dan shares some fascinating "behind the scenes" info about The Apprentice and discusses his particular challenges as an Orthodox Apprentice candidate.
During the JM in the AM interview, Dan confirms "there was a small refrigerator.... I had a separate little fridge. They would stock with literally whatever I would ask." You heard it here first!

The kosher fridge was reported by Orthodox Apprentice on FEBRUARY 28. Apprentie5blog reported it on MARCH 28.
i was refering to the radio show and not the fridge. sorry for the miscommunication. keep up the good work mitch.

did anyone notice that Dan wouldn't comment on whether Lee was an orthodox Jew or not? Is lee really observant, as Dan when referring about shabbos, kashrus etc., kept saying like he requested kosher food etc. maybe Lee isnt observant afterall. Anyone else with that feeling?
i thought it was a bit odd too. but maybe lee doesn't like labels? maybe he eats vegan out? maybe he eats vegetarian out? i know some folks who do but are if they had to label themselves would labelthemselves ortho. or maybe dan just felt it wasnt appropriate to discuss other peoples religious beliefs?
friends of mine went to cornell with him. they say he's def modern ortho.
i dont know why Dan chose not to comment on Lee's observance but Lee is definitely an observant Jew. If he werent, why would he wear a kippa to his interview for the show?

Dan can't talk about Lee's observance because it comes into play in the next episode - Lee misses it becuase of Succos (and its possible it comes into play in later episodes as well).

I can guarantee you Lee is (modern) orthodox.
